Uproar in House as BJP demands criminal proceedings against Akbar Lone over pro-Pak slogans | KNO

As soon as proceedings of the House began, all BJP legislators stood up, demanding action against Lone for raising “anti-national” slogans.

Pandemonium broke out in the Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly on Monday over pro-Pakistan slogans raised by National Conference legislator Muhammad Akbar Lone in the House on Saturday. The Bharatiya Janta Party demanded initiation of criminal proceedings against the legislator. As soon as proceedings of the House began, all BJP legislators stood up, demanding action against Lone for raising “anti-national” slogans. “The member has made mockery of the House. You should initiate criminal proceedings against him,” demanded BJP legislator R S Pathania.
